29th October - GENERAL MEETING
The next General Meeting will be held on Monday 9th Dec 2024 - 1pm
at the Strathmore Tennis Club.

Team entry cards for next season must be returned at this meeting.

18th March - EMERGENCY PLAYERS
Emergency Players with recent playing history in the NSNTA Competition are allowed to play in the following NSLTA sections:-

A Grade to A Res 1 Sect 1
A Res 2 to B Special Sect 2 & 3
B Grade to C Spec Sect 4
C Grade Sect 5
C Res & Below Sect 6

Players can play up but not down.

17th August - RESULTS OF MATCHES
Club Delegates are asked to pass the following message onto all teams.

Both teams are to email photo of result sheet to:-

sect?results@gmail.com (replace ? with your sect number eg 3).

Both teams must keep a hard copy of result sheet..
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PHOTO IS SHARP AND EASY TO READ WITH ALL DETAILS SHOWING BEFORE EMAILING.

The winning team will be fined if the result is not received by 5pm the next day (Friday)

Failing this may result in ladders not being up to date.

IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO POST.

17th July - REFRESHMENT REQUIREMENTS
A guideline for Afternoon Tea requirements was agreed upon by delegates and
It is as follows :
In addition to tea and coffee supplies, Home teams must provide a small grazing plate for all players to share throughout the day. While it remains optional for Home teams to provide a sit-down Afternoon Tea after the match is finished, Visiting teams must be given the opportunity to have tea/coffee at that time, and to eat any food that they have brought with them.

There are a lot of clubs looking to fill that gap with a reliable emergency.

Pool players can play for any club. They should make themselves available to all Clubs.
* For insurance purposes, you must be a member of a Tennis Club.
* You cannot play lower than the grade next to you name. You can play in a
higher grade.
* Teams cannot play more than 2 "pool/emergency" players in a match.
* Pool players cannot play finals.
* YOU CAN ONLY PLAY 3 MATCHES AS A POOL PLAYER FOR ANY ONE TEAM.

When playing a pool player place a (P) before their first name.
