| 7th February - TOTAL FIRE BAN DAYS When a total fire ban day is declared for the CENTRAL DISTRICT there will be no matches played. Team Captains are asked to email OR SMS their grade secretaries with the players names for these matches. This rules applies from start of season until the end of March. |
| 5th February - SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING The next Meeting will be a Special General Meeting to vote on the proposed change from 5 player teams (10 sets) to 4 player teams (6 sets). it will held at 1pm, on Monday 23rd April 2018 at the Strathmore Tennis Clubrooms. A formal Notice of Special Meeting will be posted to each club. |

| RESULTS OF MATCHES Club Delegates are asked to pass the following message onto all teams. Both teams are to email photo of result sheet to:- sect?results@nslta.asn.au (replace ? with your sect number eg 7). Both teams must keep a hard copy of result sheet.. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE PHOTO IS SHARP AND EASY TO READ WITH ALL DETAILS SHOWING BEFORE EMAILING. The winning team will be fined if the result is not received by 5pm the next day (Friday) Failing this may result in ladders not being up to date. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO POST.
